COMMUNITY OUTREACH &
     COLLABORATION

PCTN's overall strategy has been to work with and within organizations and institutions that are established and accepted by the Paradise community, including:

    Chico Peace and Justice Center
    Community Relations Division of the United States Department of Justice
    Hispanic Resource Council
    Human Relations Network of Butte County
    North Valley Chapter of the Fellowship of Reconciliation
    North Valley Community Foundation
    Paradise Branch Library
    Paradise Community Foundation
    Paradise Family Resource Center
    Paradise Recreation and Park District
    Paradise Unified School District
    Rowell Family Empowerment
    Teen Paradise
    Town of Paradise
    Youth for Change


In addition, consultations with other charitable organizations and nonprofits, social workers, school counselors and teachers, and therapists create a clearer perception of the population targeted by intolerance.

PCTN also reaches out to the community with booths at community events such as Gold Nugget Days and Johnny Appleseed Days.
